Article 7 of the NCC-DRC 2019 Mediation Rules Provides that:

“Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, all information relating to mediation proceedings shall be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required under the law or for the purpose of implementation or enforcement of the settlement agreement.”
