Charity Chinonyerem Ibezim, Esq., is an accomplished legal practitioner with a strong commitment to justice, social impact, and transformational legal practice. Her career spans litigation, mediation, corporate and commercial law, real estate, human rights advocacy, project management, and multi-disciplinary consulting. She brings a strategic and compassionate approach to every engagement, grounded in her belief in fairness, service, and accessible justice.

Over the years, Charity has handled numerous mediation matters and pro bono cases for indigent individuals, reinforcing her dedication to public interest work and community support. She is also an experienced rapporteur, known for producing clear, structured, and impactful reports and documentation for professional and organizational activities.

Her leadership experience includes serving as the Assistant General Secretary of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Abuja Branch from 2022 to 2024, as well as previous roles as Assistant General Secretary of the Litigation/ADR Committee of FIDA Abuja Branch from 2019 to 2021 and Assistant General Secretary of the Section on Public Interest & Development Law (SPIDEL) from 2023 to 2024. Charity is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the NBA Women Forum, Young Women in Politics Abuja Chapter, and the Police Duty Solicitor Scheme, where she continues to contribute to legal advocacy and institutional strengthening.

She remains passionate about empowering vulnerable populations, advancing women’s rights, and promoting efficient dispute resolution mechanisms.
