Babayemi Olawole Olaniyan is an ADR practitioner and legal practitioner. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. His core areas of interest are Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Corporate/Commercial Law practice. He is respected for his practical understanding of corporate law and ADR.

He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), a Certified Trainer with (ICMC), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, A Certified Dispute Resolution Specialist and a Certified ADR Registrar with the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry Dispute Resolution centre. Recently, he was appointed as a neutral at the Abuja chamber of commerce and industry dispute resolution centre Abuja.

He is the company secretary of distinct companies in Nigeria. He was appointed as the Branch Coordinator of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators Young Mediators Forum for the Federal Capital Territory and is currently the Assistant General Secretary of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.  He is the Lead Partner of Lehi Attorneys- Nigeria’s Premier Fully Serviced Intermediary Law Firm.
