She is a Fellow and an approved faculty member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK with expertise in Corporate Governance Practice. She has gained substantial experience advising HNI and Corporate Entities in these areas across several types of complex transactions.
