She is an experienced legal professional with over a decade of expertise in mediation, conflict resolution, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). In her role as a Senior Magistrate, She has presided over a wide range of civil and criminal cases, focusing on facilitating amicable settlements and ensuring fair outcomes through mediation.
Her passion for ADR is demonstrated through her involvement as a Member of the Panel of Neutrals at the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) ADR Unit, as well as her leadership roles within the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), where she serves as the Vice Chairman of the Akure Branch. Additionally, her recent certification as an ADR Registrar, completed in February 2024, has further strengthened her capacity to manage dispute resolution processes effectively.
She is committed to using her legal expertise to promote peaceful resolutions, decongest court dockets, and support the efficient handling of disputes.
