Chinenye is an experienced Arbitrator, Lawyer, Mediator, and Notary Public of Nigeria, spanning close to two decades in the legal profession having been called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. She also has a Diploma in International Arbitration with the Prestigious Africa Arbitration Academy, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK. She is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lex Luminar, a boutique commercial dispute resolution, legal advisory and consulting firm in Abuja, Nigeria. Her work experience covers both domestic and international commercial legal matters. She serves as both Counsel and Arbitrator in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the United Nations Commission on International trade (UNCITRAL). As Arbitrator she serves as Sole arbitrator and Tribunal member. She handles cases in Construction, Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure Projects. She also serves as a Mediator in both court appointed mediation sessions with the Court of Appeal ADR Center Abuja and privately, as an Independent Dispute Resolution Consultant.
