Muhammad is a proactive and dedicated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) expert with a deep understanding of the Nigerian dispute resolution landscape. He brings extensive expertise in managing complex disputes across corporate, commercial, and civil law sectors. Recognised for his innovative approaches to mediation and arbitration, he offers a fresh perspective grounded in professionalism and an unwavering commitment to helping parties resolve conflicts amicably and efficiently, thereby reducing reliance on lengthy litigation.

His professional qualifications reflect his high level of competence and credibility within the ADR field. He is a Chartered Arbitrator with the Institute of Arbitrators (United Kingdom) and a Certified Mediator with the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. He also holds associate membership with the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, in addition to being a member of the Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom.

Muhammad’s core strengths include strong analytical insight, which enables him to dissect complex issues and identify the underlying interests that drive settlement discussions. His communication and diplomatic skills make him effective in navigating sensitive interpersonal dynamics, building trust, and encouraging open dialogue among disputing parties.
